About maps

The game mode can work on any map as long as there are spawn points on it.

However, I strongly recommend prioritizing maps designed for the game mode, as spawn points are important to avoid game imbalance.

For map designers

As with the default maps provided, I recommend creating a separate area to serve as a waiting area and adding info_player_start entities to it.

You can also add selectionclass_boringent entities, which allow players to select a class, don't forget to set the classgun param, you can find the list of all class available in the weapons page section, the classes correspond to the `Class Association` parameter.

Regarding spawns for the game, I use the info_target entity with the name spawn_game.

The name is very important, otherwise it won't work. Place as many as you want for each player who is going to participate.

Make sure your map is well balanced by distributing the spawn points correctly. The game mode is designed for a maximum of 6 players.

You can do more if you want, but it may affect game balance.
